Roy Samuelson has over 20 years experience as a voice actor. He’s booked national voice over ad campaigns for TV, including Jeep, Dodge, Nestle Wonka, and Intel. He has voiced the killer in “Midnight Movie,” various voices in “The Beacon” and Universal’s “The Express” and “Van Helsing,” as well as in the upcoming Jerry Bruckheimer / Disney feature “G-Force.” He has recorded many promo spots for Los Angeles’ NPR station KCRW.
In 2006 he founded the Voice Over Work Out Lounge, a Hollywood-based workshop portal for voice actors to meet with directors, casting, agents, producers, and other professionals in many aspects of the voice acting world.
In addition to voice casting and casting leads for Disney and companies, he has guest-lectured at UCLA, focusing on the business, networking, and experience with Voice Acting. With gentle perspectives and practical specifics, he happily shares his experience around the recording booth and behind the mic.
